Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know if it's possible to remove the character limit on external review comments?

Any insights would be a big help. Thank you!

No, you don’t.

So in this case, you could say to your client when editing the document, add a comment using Word’s comments then in the CLM Comments box say something like this: “I have comments in the paragraph XYZ...” or something like that.
