i have created the developer account in the docusign for e-signature api but it automatically deleted after 2 days every time, and try to login so getting the error no accout found and also integration is deleted, so how to fix it.

 

what is the url you get register your demo account?Could you try this?

I have tried with your given url but not happen anything click on “Get started” button
you can see the issue in the video (https://www.kapwing.com/videos/676012acae85be5fd1c9d415)

And also i have tried from the “Developer Account” dropDown (you can see in the uploaded image)
but still not work.

still not , but i am trying with that solution


Yes, tried with a different network it’s worked and successfully created the new developer account but I will face the same issue again? (The account is automatically removed after 1-2 days)


you can login the demo account with the url: https://account-d.docusign.com. I haven’t meet this issue before. You can update us 2-3 days later.

Again experiencing the same issue:
1. I created a DocuSign developer account yesterday.
2. Earlier today, I added an app and configured the integration keys.
3. After some time, my session timed out, and I attempted to log back in.
4. Upon logging in and navigating to "Apps and Keys," I noticed that the previously added app and integration key were missing.
5. Then i try to login in developer account but I received the following error:Invalid/password."
6. It now seems that my developer account no longer exists or cannot be found.

Also, I tried with different device or with different network and checked my email but I did not receive any notifications about the account being deleted or disabled.
