We are rolling out Dayforce and paid for the DocuSign IAM Professional package. We were asked to create a Developer account to demo the application during testing. We have set up the external integration in Dayforce to point to the admin user account and id and base URL. Everything was working. Now Dayforce is Live and we were instructed to go into Dayforce external integrations and Click for oAth Setup and Export Tokens. Clicked and it now matches the tokens in the External Integration area in DF and our DocuSign account information in Apps and Keys. However it is not working. I am not sure if we need to do something else?
