Hi, I need to add a dynamic table to a template and I’m using the Docusign Template Assistant for Word for this purpose. I was able to create the columns and insert a row, however I have a special case, in which each row should also contain a Description and the value should be applied to a merged row. Here’s a screenshot of what I need to obtain as result: And here’s my placeholder to the dynamic table: ​​​​​​How could I add the Description?Thanks!

Our contract documents start with  “made and entered into this ______ day of ___________, 2024”.I need DocuSign to automatically fill in the date (i.e. 1st, 2nd,3rd, etc.) and month of the final signature. Currently, we place text fields then manually fill it in after all signatures are completed.

1st photo you can see i don’t have access to create a powerform. 2nd photo is a different template i have created a powerform for. 3rd photo is the recipients for the template i’m not able to create a powerform for.I’ve read everything there is to about how to do this and can’t figure it out. I’ve created many powerforms in the past but it seems like something has changed. maybe with the new UI updates? 

Hi Community,we have the following scenario:SSO is used within company A and the respective domain is of course claimed. In the future, 20% of users will get a new domain, as they are partly outsourced to company B. This company B is also using DocuSign so the domain is already claimed as well. So the 20% of users with the new domain can’t be included in the SSO of company A and not use their accounts with SSO. Is there any workaround how to grant/keep existing access of the 20% of users to company A account? Given it is not option for these 20% to just move to company Bs DocuSign account.Thank you!

I have looked at the docusign payment plans and none is suitable for me given I send over 100+ envelopes on a yearly basis. Are there custom made annual plans that can suit my requirements? of say 200+ envelopes? 

I send lots of applications with very dense forms, search google for ACORD 125 for an example. I know how to resize text boxes, but there seems to be a minimum size. Those fields then overlap each other and hide adjacent text. Is there a way to either reduce the minimum size or add transparency to text boxes and other fields?

Hello I am having some trouble with renaming my documents. I’ve uploaded some PDFs and associated their respective attributes to them using Smart Rules - Bulk Attribute Association and now I want to rename the same documents using their attributes.  DocuSign support mentioned the xpath is incorrect, but I’m not able to find anything that can shed some light on this. I’ve also tried to apply the Example Use Case: XPath expression creates folder and moves document without success. Any help would be appreciated!Thanks!

Hi , I am trying integrate the DocuSign in SharePoint library. i have install the app now but not working when try to send for signature. 

Is there a way to send disclosures to a recipient along with a form but only get the form back? We have deposit disclosures we need to send (based on different products/services) to the recipient, but we don’t need them back with the envelope. Thank you for your help. 

Hello all,Trying to add autoplace fields in my document templates on CLM. The form fields are populating on my merge templates but it is still requiring me to manually drag and drop my signature and date signed box onto the document.I have checked my eSignature settings and reviewed the Document Custom Fields, and the CLM template also matches my autoplace text.Autoplace text: /s{r}/Text in CLM document: /s1/The document field is also shared.Could it be a workflow step? Or is there another setting I would need to enableThanks in advance

When setting up a flow in Power Automate using the "When an envelope status changes" trigger for DocuSign, I'm encountering a problem. Despite signing in with my specific user account credentials (instead of the enterprise admin account), Power Automate defaults to or shows the enterprise admin account. I need the flow to recognize and operate under my specific user account, but it keeps associating with the enterprise admin account instead.

My work email recently switched and im trying to update my email but no longer have access to verify the code docusign sends. Is there a way to skip this and just change the email?

I was presented with a completed document that shows my electronic signature (generic one) but I did not sign the document. Is it possible for the sender to just put in my signature and say that I signed it?

Good Day - Has anyone successfully built the Maestro Workflow for ‘Store Files in CLM’?I can’t get passed the 2nd step ‘Choose which documents to store’ where I need to select a variable for Document ID. I tried to create a new variable but the system won’t recognize it - I tried to create a text variable, number variable, and object variable - none work. Please see attached screenshot.I also searched for documentation on this but couldn’t locate any in the support documentation.I’d appreciate any guidance on this. Thank you

Hello Everyone!I received a request to remove all DocuSign actions from my Power Automate workflows and replace them with Custom DocuSign Connectors instead. I am having trouble replicating the Generate Embedded Sender URL. My Custom Connector has all of the attributes like the actual DocuSign connector, but mine is missing the Output Embedded Sender URL. Any ideas on how to generate it?  

I have a few text fields on a template that are collaborative and also conditional.  When the other recipients modify a field, the conditional field is displayed, but it does not show as required like it does for the original recipient.  How do I make sure that the field is required for the collaborative signers?

The launch will not work and there is an error in the console showing -Refused to frame 'https://apps-d.docusign.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors https://test.domain2.io" I am following this how-to:https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/how-to/request-signature-focused-view/ I also put both domains (https://test.domain1.io, https://test.domain2.io, https://apps-d.docusign.com) in  frameAncestors field when creating the recipient view URL. How can we pass https://test.domain1.io to the Docusign so it will properly configure the CSP? 

We had an employee recently leave the company.  As an Admin, I attempted to share their envelopes with other users, but there were none showing up in their profile to share (even after going back 5 years).  Could the user have deleted all of their envelopes, and that is why they aren’t showing up?  If so, is there a way to restore the deleted envelopes so we can share them?  

How can a legal document be witnessed using DocuSign?
