Are Docusign emails E2EE?  Is the content within a Docusign email encrypted?

On the product security page, it states there is end to end security, but what does this mean exactly?

No. DocuSign emails are sent using standard email protocols. Like most commercial services, DocuSign uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) to encrypt email “in transit” (from DocuSign’s email server to your email provider’s server), when supported by your email provider.  Once the email has reached your email provider, it’s subject to whatever encryption or storage policy that email provider has.
