I have a question about QES.

When first, I want to sign my document with QES, how I have to do this?

We have this situation in some cases as notary.

Normaly i could find only standard signature, when i want to sign for myself

Signing with a QES is only supported when sending an envelope. not when using the free self signing feature “Sign a document”, which means that a QES signature will always create costs for the sender.

You can send the envelope only to yourself and apply a QES as described above, it does not need to be sent externally, but the same process needs to be followed. A prerequisite is that you purchased an add-on  to Docusign eSignatur which enables your account to apply a QES. Docusign offers different solutions for different needs and ways to create a QES at different price points.

Hello @AMR,

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and want to assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.

I understand you wanted to know how you can apply a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) to the envelope you sign in DocuSign.

When creating an envelope, the sender must specify that a QES is required for the transaction. If this requirement is not set during the envelope creation process, recipients will only see options for standard electronic signatures.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
