Deny Auto Message

Is it possible to set a auto deny message vs entering a message every time a user denies to sign? I am helping the owner of a form with this.

The message will be for recipient. For example if I deny signing, the person that filled out the form sees why I am denying it. I am looking for an automatic way of doing that
