I need to access a previous docusign account that has closed  yet my subscription is still current

it need not be this difficult   FFS! could someone please ring me to provide some Human help!

You are always welcome to create a case and have a Support Expert look closely at your issue.

If you can’t open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account.", you will be able to fill out the form.
