A candidate tried to e-sign offer letter and after continuing to DocuSign, they still see a pop up from the IDnow with the message:

Review Still Pending You already did the signing process for this envelope, but our service is currently being used by an exceptional high number of customers."

 

How can this be resolved?

The IDNow services seems to be very busy causing delays to confirm signer’s identity. Your signer can close that window because as soon as the IDNow services come back to work normally, he will receive an email notification to conclude the Identity verification step.
