Hello - I purchased an annual REALTOR sub, back in April, which included unlimited envelopes. I am unable to send contracts out for signatures. Received the below message. I am unable to reach out to support as well without upgrading my plan. Any assistance would be appreciated. Envelope Limit ReachedNeed to send more envelopes? Upgrade to send more envelopes and access advanced features.

I am trying my best to create a simple Mutual NDA template agreement to reuse with our clients and prospects.I would like the counterparty (client or prospect) to enter the following item when they receive: Company Name Address Company Short Form Name Signer Name Signer Role Email  Signature/Date  When I attempt to add text fields in the editor, these fields are not populating in the template when I send to the counterparty. I find the interface and labelling incredibly difficult to understand. 

My boss asked me to pre-set his signature so he can sign a document from his phone. How can I do that?

When trying to open an agreement sent by my client. Every time I click the link to access the document, I receive the following error message:“Something went wrong. We were unable to process this request. If the issue persists, please contact support.”Has anyone else experienced this problem? I’ve tried accessing the document from different browsers and devices, but the error persists. Any suggestions or known workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

I have a question regarding the security and integrity of DocuSign documents. Once a recipient has signed a document, and the sender has already signed, is it still possible for the sender to modify or add information to the document without the recipient being notified of those changes? Thank you in advance 

The invoices that I receive for the Town are emailed to me.  I save them and then send them to the department heads for signature and coding.  The person that helped me with onboarding created a special field for me to drag on the invoices so they can enter the coding number in it. If I send just one invoice it all works out.  If I send a group in one envelope, it lets me drag the signature, date and special field to each invoice, which can be signed and auto dated, but duplicates the coding in my custom field for all the invoices. Anyone know how to isolate each code per invoice in the envelope group

We are trying to setup SCIM connector for DocuSign in Entra for user provisioning and de-provisioning however when while testing the ‘connection after copying the relevant into (Base/tenant URL and token) to Entra, the test connection is failed with error “Your application is not reachable” (reference snip attached).Any support or guidance would be appreciated.

Hi all,I have Docusign integrated with my salesforce org and it works great, except that sometimes I get the following error when an opportunity opens.Uncaught Error in $A.getCallback() [stringUtils is not defined] Callback failed: apex://dfsle.StatusController/ACTION$getStatusI have already updated Docusign, but I still see this error from time to time.Please, could someone give me a hint? what could be happening?Thanks for your help.

I urgently need help. I have 2 signers who have not received their Docusign envelope. I have triple checked emails, changed email addresses, re-ordered the signing order, resent the envelope. They have checked their spam. The envelope is not going through. How can I resolve this issue asap?

We received the notification stating “Important Update - Docusign Transactions Moving to Microsoft Azure, Action May be Required” Will the Retrieve download tool be anyway affected by the move to MS Azure?Is there anything that the customer should be aware of with Retrieve downloads in the Azure environment or will the move to Azure be seamless in respect to “Retrieve” downloads?

I am pulling a report and many of the columns I am inserting are repeating attributes. If I have more than one repeating attribute in my report, then CLM reporting summarizes these attributes in the same row. When exporting the report in either csv or xlsx format, the attributes remain combined in the same row. Is there a way to have CLM stop combining repeating attributes? Here is the message from the add column page “We'll summarize the repeating attributes data in the report to make it easier to scan. To see the full details in the report, select only one repeating attribute instead of multiple.” Adding a screenshot from the Docusign report. PS: Under Admin>Account Management>Account Settings>Reports the option “Separate repeating attributes in rows for document report export” is already checked. 

I just want to send one document to several recipients for them to sign.  Why do I have to put a sign field for each recipient and not just send the one document to several recipients?

After working for some time with Docusign's API I thought it would be a good idea to look into the API's 'Connect' feature (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/connect/).This allows the sending of information to an application via webhooks when an event occurs for the envelope in question.Currently the only webhook listeners I have available are with Microsoft Teams and Mattermost. I have seen lot of questions around this like 1 year ago (some 6 months ago), but just want to check if that’s still not possible.I have requirement to send envelope as(Sender/From) different users/email addresses (changes dynamically based on certain conditions) and do not want sender to appear as user who makes the power automate connection.Is this possible? or still limitation?

I want to create a PKS/P12 certificate file from the RSA key pair for JWT.  Have tried open SSL command openssl.exe pkcs12 -export -out docusign.pfx -inkey docusign.key -in docusign.crtWith the inputs as the Private and Public key contents, but getting ‘unable to load certificates’  

Docusign should be able to trigger a date for last signature without setting a signing order. It’s frequently a headache in my law practice to set a signing order, especially when I have multiple parties and am trying to gather signatures as quickly as possible.

We have a requirement to send a document using the "Email Document" step to the same recipient used in the "Review and Send for Signature" step. However, we’re unable to retrieve the recipient details during runtime, as the step doesn’t provide any useful output. Additionally, we can't predefine the recipient to use a common variable across both steps.Is there a way to dynamically access the recipient information—perhaps using XPath or a system variable—so it can be reused in the "Email Document" step?

Hello, community!I’m having trouble publishing my app to production. I had already started the process, but it was rejected due to not meeting the requirement of 20 test requests. After completing this step, I resubmitted the request, but now the go live status only shows “error”, without specifying what went wrong. In addition, I no longer have the option to resubmit. I reached out to support, and they advised me to look for a solution here in the community.
