A company is claiming I docusigned a document that I don’t believe I did. They will not show me a COC. Is there a way I can get the COC?

Hello @D70
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community!
Once an envelope has been signed and completed, the signer should receive a completion email. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) to see if you received this email.
If you had a Docusign account at the time you signed the envelope, you can log in to your account and download the Certificate of Completion from there.
If you did not have a Docusign account when you signed, the only way to obtain the Certificate of Completion is to request it from the sender, as only the sender can retrieve and share it.

Hello, unfortunately it does not help me. The sender is unwilling to help me with the COC.
