How to find historic envelopes after downgrading to free account

After downgrading to a free account, your envelopes should remain available on the Agreements page. You may try using the Search bar and available filters to locate a specific envelope.

If the envelopes are still not visible, please try to locate one of the missing envelopes from:

• Your email notifications, or
• Any previously downloaded copy of the envelope.

Once you find one, please send us the Envelope ID via private message. This will help us verify the envelope's location and investigate why it is not appearing in your account.

Regarding the issue with the Chat Support button, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps?

• Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
• Try a different browser.
• If possible, access your account from a different device or network.
