how to include the CORRECT Icon in MORE?

Question

I have tried everything and followed all instructions and cannot figure out how to get CORRECT in the MORE menu??  Please help, I need to correct this!

We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.If the Correct option is missing, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:Free or Trial accounts do not include the Correct feature.If you're using a Personal paid plan and have reached your monthly envelope limit, there is a known issue that can sometimes cause the Correct option to disappear.Your permission profile may not have the Allow Envelope Correct permission enabled (this commonly applies to business accounts where an administrator manages permissions).If the envelope has already been completed, voided, or declined, the Correct option is no longer available. In those cases, the envelope must be recreated or copied instead of corrected.To further check, pleaseshare the envelope ID via private message. Thank you!Sincerely,Ma.
