Hello. The attachment field is not appearing in my standard fields in DocuSign? I have signer attachment field enabled under sending settings. I have a Business Pro account. Thank you

It sounds like the signer attachment field may be disabled in your account settings.  An admin can rectify this by going into the eSignature Admin page>Sending Settings>’Enable Signer Attachment Field’. 

Make sure that setting is checked, and you should be set.  


Thank you for the reply. I do have the signer attachment field enabled under sending settings but when sending an envelope or creating a template it is not available under standard fields

I am having the same issue with a Business Pro that I bought two days ago.

I can’t seem to open a ticket, the system says to wait 24 hours
