I get mixed messages. It says DropBox is connected but not a Connected App.I haven’t had this issue before.It also said my credit card expired on June 2024 and to update by billing information. My credit card has not expired. I’ve updated the information. 

Can I approve a docusign document without actually signing it? We need to be able to send quotes that don't require any signatures, but still leverage DocuSign for our internal approval process before the quote goes to the customer.

Hi, I am trying to add an email address in my document and would like it to act as a hyperlink to email, is this function available? I know how to add a hyperlink to a site in the document, and added an email address the same way using #HREF, but this does not work for email. Should I be using something different to indicate email? Thank you

Does every signer receive a copy of the document once all parties sign?

Last Friday our customers started to receive an error, "Not All Tags Are Signed", even though all of the required fields have been indeed addressed. Has anyone else seen this, and if so, how did you get it resolved? 

Hi Team, Working on an integration utilizing template and sending an envelope. Before sending I want to generate a preview url. This preview url is different everytime I hit the api. How long does this preview url lasts? whats the best practice on generating sender views? Should I retain the generated url until the envelope is sent ? Sender API Regards, Karun

Our instance of DocuSign in integrated with Salesforce. I am trying to build a template document in Word and am having issues with the SuppressTableRow merge tag. I need to build logic that will suppress a table row if field RBD1 has the same value as R90BD1 AND RNEGD1 has the same value as R90NEGD1. This merge tag was suggested by AI but it’s not working. If possible, I would like to create a permission profile that functions as a "Sender" with the added ability to update a template. One particular use case we have would be more efficient if the Sender+ could update some values in the template's fields: Address, for example. Is this possible? The settings indicate no, but wanted to ask anyway. Thank you

I am writing an app to download documents after being signed to integrate into our in-house application.I am having a little trouble with “public static bool HashIsValid(string secret, string payload, string verify)”In the development environment this works without error.I create a document, sign it and via connect the json and headers are sent to webhook.siteI pick up the json and x-docusign-signature-1.  I place the HMAC from development connect as the secret, the json as the payload, and x-docusign-signature-1 as verify and my json verifies.In production I do the same, I place the HMAC from admin connect as the secret, the json as the payload, and x-docusign-signature-1 as verify, but it always fails.I have also published this application out for testing.  I change connect to use the URL of my application.  I read the HMAC for development, the json and x-docusign-signature-1 are read from what DocuSign sends.  The HMAC is validated and the document is stored in the appropriate direc

HiWe upload word documents that already have working hyperlinks to locations within same document in them but sometimes these get “lost” when we upload into DocuSign. Has anyone else seen this and do you know why and the workaround. It doesn’t occur for every document or link, so I'm guessing must be the way the link has been created in the first place.ThanksJen

However, our project is built with Angular and TypeScript, and we couldn't find documentation specific to TypeScript integration. Could you please share any documentation, resources, or tutorials that could guide us in integrating the library effectively in our environment? Your assistance would be immensely helpful.

Every attempt to login to docusign fails with a user visible error of:Sorry, there was a problem loading your account features. Please contact Docusign Support for assistance. But alas  there is no way to reach support so I’m here.The browser console shows the following XHR call always returns with a 400:https://apps.docusign.com/api/esign/na1/restapi/v2.1/accounts/f47b93e8-a993-4cd1-959b-d73134338cd6/users/dc554c86-867d-4754-bbcd-3f79435c5805/cloud_storage The response entity is as follows:{    "errorCode": "UNSPECIFIED_ERROR",    "message": "The value for column 'CurrentAccountPlanId' in table 'Account' is DBNull."} So my account is apparently in some broken state in the backend and logins are impossible.Hopefully a docusign engineer sees this and knows why my ‘CurrentAccountPlanId’ is null and why that would cause logins to fail.  

I am not able to set up a demo with the Docusign team. What should be my next steps?

Hi, New to the forum, have an issue using the Template Builder. I’m wanting to add customer sender fields to a contract document, company name, address etc and can add these easily enough. The document however is text heavy and has paragraphs, bullets and tabulations. When very first loaded in, it looks fine. As soon as I start in the Template Builder, I loose that formatting and things become joined and/or our of line. I see mention of flattening/PDF’ng however unsure how that solves the problem when I’m wanting to add the customer fields as the Template Builder doesn’t support PDF format. Perhaps I can approach it differently or am missing another method? Thanks  

I believe that fraud has been committed against my 84 year old mother. She called to try to cancel a subscription with Frontpoint Security. They tried talking here into a new contract. She said no. Now she got a new bill for services. Once we contact them about it, they said that they sent a new contract and she signed it with Docusign. My mother says that she never signed anything. I had them send me a copy of the so called contract and have the envelope number and the signature number. What can I do to prove this is fraud?

We have submitted to go live multiple times. We get no details on WHY it keeps being declined, and it is extremely frustrating. Now I’m being routed here to post this, hoping someone can assist. Have no idea what in the heck we are doing wrong. Absolutely abysmal experience so far. 

I frequently send members of my board of directors and their assistants envelopes containing corporate resolutions that the directors must sign (and that assistants should see in order to remind directors to sign promptly). Each envelope has different documents but the recipient are always the same. How do I create a distribution list that will automatically populate the Docusign recipients fields with the appropriate designations (needs to sign, receives a copy, etc)?

I would like to download a pdf of a signed document with all the comments at the place they were submitted. Is it possible?

I would like to send a customer several proposals in one envelope for them to choose the option they like best. If I send more than one document in an envelope, then is the envelope incomplete if only one of the documents actually gets signed?Is there a way to accept one or more documents and reject the remaining?Additionally, is there a way to make edits to a document/envelope once sent?

I have sent 2 forms via DocuSign to 2 different people at the University and both say they are not receiving anything to sign.  The first one I resent it 5 times.  They both looked in junk/spam and it was not in there.  The first one I resent to his gmail and it went through fine.  Is this an issue with University emails?
