Hi there, I am participating in the hackathon. Some of the new users are unable to create the developer account, and are posting their issue in disucssions section of the hackathon page. And as they can’t create their account, they can’t post their issue in this community. 

 

Their questions are still pending, and that’s delaying them to get onboarded. So, I request soemeone to get in touch with them to sort out their issues.

Try to use another browser to create a new Demo account (sandbox) or open an incognito window.

Also, it’s important to remember: once the account is created, you receive an email for activation.

Hi ​@Alexandre.Augusto, I am still looking for any update from the user who was facing the issue. Due to the new year, I guess he may answer after a small delay. 

 

Btw, I just noticed that I did a spelling mistake in this question’s title. Can I edit it? If yes, then how?

Actually, Nathaly the issue is not mine. Some user posted it on the forum section of Devpost. And that is why I even cleared that off right at the start. 


This is a know issue which reply from support team:

This request still blocked by the service protection team. We don't have any better way to address this. For any sign up request, if this is blocked, could you please raise this with us, and we need to manually raise it with service protection team to review if that is a false positive. Sorry about the inconvenience. 

 

Do they have production account or still in POC stage?Maybe can contact Docusign Partner to.open a case with supoort team.
