When you download the file, you may select the “Document” option to only save the completed document.

Please note that if the document you upload is, for example, 3 pages long, it will be downloaded as a single three-page PDF document. Splitting it into separate PDFs is not a standard option within Docusign. For page-by-page PDFs, consider using a PDF editing tool (such as Adobe) to split the downloaded document.
