My Word document recently started changing the format when it gets in Docusign. My signature block splits on a new page.  Help!(new HP computer w/GoDaddy to Microsoft suite)

Hi!We have a PowerAutomate flow configured to create an envelope and add custom tabs. We then have another flow triggered when the envelopes are completed to pick up the returned data to push back into dataverse. When using the action ‘get document tabs from envelope’ the tabs that are checkboxes do not return a value. Question about the Review and Continue message with Web Forms.We would like to remove the form owner’s name from the content of this message.  Is there a way to do this?  The signed form is being cc: to a generic Olmsted County mailbox.  The owner understands that she must create a rule in her Outlook to file away the copy of the signed form that she automatically gets as the owner.  Since the link to the form is on our public website we do not want the public to bombard Jamie with phone calls.  Jamie is just administering the department’s DocuSign templates and forms.   

We have a form that managers need to fill out.  Once they fill out the form, then their employees must read it and sign it.  I want the manager to be the only one to be able to fill out the form.  I want the employees to be able to see the filled out form but not be able to edit any of the information.  I just want them to sign it. I tried using Powerforms but I can’t seem to get the workflow that I want.  I set up two roles as recipients (manager and employee).  I go to the URL and enter in the manager’s credentials and fill out the form and sign it. When I go back to the URL as the employee, it wants me to enter in both the manager and employee login fields.  Plus once I log in, I do not see what the manager filled out. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have an agreement sent to customers which includes additional pages for certain states. When these additional pages are in the document, a second recipient needs to sign these pages (in addition to the recipient1) How do I include the additional recipient (recipient2) only for these states so they get the documents to sign only when they need to. For the other states only 1 signature is needed from recipient1 ex.Document has no Annex C in NY and only recipient 1 needs to sign the document The same document has Annex C in NJ and recipient 1 needs to sing the document and the Annex C and the recipient 2 needs to sign Annex C-- mrB 

Hello, I’m trying to use the docusign rest api to create a signing url from a pdf. The problem i’m encountering is no matter whether i sent up a placeholder recipient or use a template to have a user create their own envelope they can sign i get auth blocked. the reason why i’m doing it this way is that A. users in my app may not have a pre-existing docusign account and i don’t want to add a cascade update for all event documents when they make one B. i don’t want our app to keep having to use the hosts docusign account to add people as recipients. all i need is a solution that opens a signing event in a url and the host can get those signed documents

My credit card has been billed by Docusign in January 2025 and I would like to know why? No Docusign service was recieved, at all.  I am on Freemium after downgrading from a subscription plan in October 2024.  No invoice for the January 2025 bill was received by email and no invoice for the amount taken of the credit card shows in the “Billing History” section as the “Billing History” section does not show.  I have tried to raise a support case but there is no means of doing this.  I also tried to contact Sales but the menu options on the telephone call did not provide a solution.  I am met with a rabbit warren of menu options and would rather speak to someone within your company as I am being billed yet not receiving a service.  It is totally unsatisfactory.

anyone know how to fix this error message?  

If I go through my set limit of 10 envelopes and need more is it possible to get more and if so how much?

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with how my company name appears when I send out documents for signatures. I would like it to display as “DR Investment Group - Distress Realty,” but it keeps showing up as “DR Investment Group - Realty Distress Realty.”Even when I try entering my full name, “Realty” is still being added. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?Thank you in advance for your help!

I have an agreement that I never signed that was provided to me by my company, signed via DocuSign with a Certificate.Two documents within the envelope but we're provided to me separately. The second document has the same envelope ID visually, but if you open within Google docs two ID's are in the header. The top left is a unique ID, the top right ID matches the certificate.Neither documents signature block has the DocuSign security feature.I believe I need an expert to certify this but don't know who to ask.Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello!  Is it possible to use Signing Group in a “Set up Invite” and “Get Signatures” steps within a Maestro Workflow?  If the answer is yes, then how?  Should I create a new Signing Group.  Then manually type the new of the Signing Group as one of the Participants of the Maestro Workflow?  When configuring the “Set Up Invite” or “Get Signatures” steps I would be able to select that Participants, but what should I put as Name and Email?  Can someone please clarify my misunderstanding?  Thank you!

I'm trying the trial version. Can I send an envelope to multiple people at the same time but have each person sign the document without other users seeing the signature? as if it were a single shipment.Has anyone done this in power automate(Microsoft365)?

Hi everyone, I’m having problems accessing an very important document, cause I cannot verify my identity. The problem is as follows: 1. When I verify via my Residency Permit (in the country where I reside currently), it doesn't get verified because I have a passport sticker instead of an Electronic card. 2. When I try to verify myself through other documents - Identity Card, Passport - there is no option to select China as an issuing country. Is there any support team seeing this post, please reach out ASAP and please help me with this issue. I urgently need to access my document. (I already reached out to the sender, no reply yet). Thank you!

I am trying to use the HttpClient step in CLM workflow to upload the Signed document to an external storage but it seems I am able to upload the file successfully with Postman but not able to do so via the HttpClient Step - even following exactly the same steps. It says - the file is not provided - which appears to me that the HttpClient does not support such kind of activity.  What other Options available to upload a signed document to an external website - other than using the Storage(box, google drive, etc) options or Agreement Actions ?

Hi guys,I've been trying to import custom text fields from a csv file, into an envelope for the past week, I just can't figure out how. I've looked through most of the posts regarding the same topic.We are trying to send a contract for 130 individual people with individual details, it works fine with the pre-made fields such as "name" or "email".From what I've seen, I need to specify a text field and rename the data label, but it's not working for me.When I import my csv file, everything seems fine, for example, my custom field with "Location" is shown in the import summary with 0 errors.My CSV Header looks like this:Thanks in advance!Alex
