Hi,
We have recently starting using doc u sign to capture supplier bank details. However our Manager still insists we telephone each supplier to confirm their bank details. In case the information on doc u sign has been manipulated.
This is a very time consuming task as we may have 40 new suppliers a week.
Is it possible for someone to intercept and change bank information? Or how can i prove that doc u sign is totally safe.

There are a few links within that page showing security for different products. Not sure if it will help - I guess it depends on how difficult it is to change you manager’s mind…
