I’m IAM Standard user. This account comes with unlimited envelope sends. how come I’m getting "The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.”?

I understand the frustration you must be feeling upon encountering the error message, "The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.” I can imagine how this could disrupt your workflow, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Where do you see that message? Is this the banner message on your account? Could you let me know if you tested sending the envelope, and it was unsuccessful? I see others have reported the same issue. Did you create a case regarding this? Article: Open a case in the Docusign Support Center. Can you send me a private message with your account number, along with your email address and case number, if there’s any?
