I sent out a purchase contract for 3 signers to sign and set signing order. All of them say that they signed it but the document still shows “In Progress” and only the last signers signature is visible. How can they sign it! Help as this is an urgent matter. My clients are in a multiple offer situation and will lose out on their offer if this isn’t solved immediately. Extremely urgent.

It’s probably too late, but if you set the signing order, it’s not possible for signer 3 to sign without 1 and 2 having signed. I’d look for the “re-send” option.
