Multiple Templates

I am trying to add 5 of the same templates to a singular envelope.  I need each one of the 5 templates to have unique information in each of the predetermined fields.  I can’t seem to find the settings to allow that.  When I change the information on one template, it changes all of them.

Workaround: Make five copies of the template.  They can all be named the same, the system will issue them different ID codes.  Then when you go to edit, each one will be its own thing and not linked.

I tried that and when someone filled out the first form, that information was put on all five.

In each of your copies, if you change the name of your input field, does it persist?  When I dupe my templates, each field gets a new ID but keeps the original label.  So maybe they’re keying off of that name.
