I understand what the problem is, but cannot find an instance of it in my document. Can I use the reference number (fb44bfe7-e507-448e-81c1-867fd9eaca12) to locate this issue in my document? If so, how can I do that?

So, the template has a group of checkboxes with a "minimum required" value (must select at least , and that minimum value is higher than the total number of selectable checkboxes in that group. To locate it, Open the Template, select the checkbox fields on the template, the right panel displays the Group Label name. Look for the checkbox with Group Label: fb44bfe7-e507-448e-81c1-867fd9eaca12. Adjust the grouped tabs as needed.
