How can I switch my paid account to my company's corporate account?

Hello,I have paid for my own account and my company told me that I should get a DocuSign account for free through my affiliation with Keller Williams.  How do I switch my account over and get a pro-rated refund on my pre-paid account?

I can’t speak to the refund, but in my experience, you won’t be able to merge the two.

What you can do is have your company invite you to their DocuSign account. You can have the same email address, but it will be associated to two different users. When you sign in, click on your profile picture in the top right and there should be an option to Change Account that lets you flip back and forth between your personal account and your company account.
