Hi, how can I setup DocSign so that I can ask sign by multiple person to 1 document?

After you upload your document (start - create envelope)

You can check off ‘set signing order’ if you need the document to be sent in a specific order - or leave it unchecked if the order doesn’t matter.

Then you add the name and email of the first signer - when you've done that, click on “add recipient” and add another name & email. Keep doing that until you have all the signers listed.

Add a subject and message (if needed).

Click on next.

Your document will appear and you can add a signing tag for each signer - just drag the ‘sign’ icon over to the document. (change the signer at the top left) - each signer will show up as a different colored tag on the document. Add date or any other tags as needed in the same way.

When you’ve added all the signers - click ‘send’
