When I first set up my sales agreement the first recipient signed the document then it routed to the second signer. It is now sending to both before the first signature was completed?

However, now it's being sent to both signers simultaneously. I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused, and I'm here to assist you in any way I can.

Based on the issue described, it is possible that the Set Signing order was not selected during envelope creation. You can correct the envelope to check this option and enforce your preferred routing. If you used a template, check to see if this is saved in your template.
