I understand you noticed a change in the document signing process, where initially, the first time you sent the sales agreement, it was routed to the second signer after the first recipient signed the document. However, now it's being sent to both signers simultaneously. I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused, and I'm here to assist you in any way I can.

Based on the issue described, it is possible that the Set Signing order was not selected during envelope creation. You can correct the envelope to check this option and enforce your preferred routing. If you used a template, check to see if this is saved in your template.
