About once a month I get an e-mail that says someone may have accessed my account (through COINBASE this month) and they want to know if I authorized this or not.  When I called the number (a Los Angeles area code, not a 1-800 number) I got someone who really didn’t speak English.  The e-mail LOOKS like it came from docusign, but how can I tell if this is legit or if this is a scam?  Thank you. 

Hello, I received a Contract Licensing Agreement from a company on April 15. I was able to access the Agreement, but did not sign it. I tried to sign the Agreement on April 21 and now I am receiving the error: “Unable to load PowerForm signing process. Error: An error has occurred.” I contacted the company that sent me the licensing agreement and they said to wait 1 business day and try to sign it again. I did that and I still received the same error. How can I access this agreement so I can sign it? Thanks!

Is there a way to get ahold of documents that were sent to you, when you weren’t a user? Before you had an account? 

Because my DocuSign account is linked to a business email that I no longer have after leaving the company, it has greyed out any billing options, and won't let me create a support account and flagged it as spam when I tried to create an account here. I had to use my personal account to even ask this question.  Any help so I don't get billed in perpetuity? 

Hello everyone, Our Docusign account is enabled with Legal Disclosure, so the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (ERSD) is shown to each new recipient who is going to sign or add other information. In this window, there is at the top Sender Name followed by the account name, as in the following screenshot :    I am looking for a way to remove/hide the Account name, #2 in my above screenshot. I did look at the Legal Disclosure page on Admin account settings, but there is no option to hide that text in this window. Does anybody know if this text can be hidden from the Signing Resource Files? If so, what is the field name?  Thanks 

I am on a DocuSign trial, but I’m not sure which features are only available for the Business Pro plan versus the Standard or Personal. The two things that are ‘higher level’ that I’m using are:grouped checkboxes (i.e. where there are five options, and I am setting a checkbox next to each option, and the signer is required to check exactly one out of the five options), and conditional fields (i.e. if one checkbox is checked, then one set of fields is displayed, and if another checkbox is checked, then a different set of fields is displayed)Are both these features available in the Personal and Standard plans, or do I need to pay for a higher-level tier? The Features summary on the pricing and plans website is very unclear. Thanks!

I have documents that need to be signed by a certain date. How do I remind signers before the date and cause the documents to expire if they aren't signed by the expiration date?

I would like to become an online notary with Docusign. Do I need to be invited by a company, or is there another way to do this work for Docusign?

Hi,Hopefully someone has the solution for my issue: the total score (‘Score 1’) in my form must be translated into a letter grade according to the outcome. If the outcome is less than 1.99, it becomes an A; less than 3.00, a B; less than 4.00, a C; greater than 5.00, a D; and greater than 5.00, an E. What is a possible formula if the total score data label is 'Score 2' and the letter data labels are 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'E'?Txs for your help! 

When I open an new envelope and add documents I am unable to access the usual @Send’ button’ in the right hand corner

I have an employee who cannot access her envelopes.She keeps getting the following error:Hmm... can't reach this page.  The connection was reset. Try: Checking the connection, Checking the proxy and the firewall.  ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.Employee stated experiencing this last week but previously it was working perfectly.Any ideas for a fix on this?

Recipient #1 was set as “allow to edit”.They got into the envelope fine, added an additional document to the envelope, and then edited/added a number of fields. All was looking good until they realized there was one last thing they needed to edit BUT they wouldn’t be able to do it until the next day.Pleased they were almost finished, they looked around to press save on all of the edits they had made thus far so they could return and finish it off the next day but, alas, there seemed to be no “Save” function. Ok it was me --- I looked around everywhere but could not find a “Save” option. I tried a bunch of different things and sometimes it looked like it was paused in “Correcting” mode and changes I had made were saved but then I’d go back in later and the changes were gone and it was back to the original version. Is there something I’ve missed that will for sure save my progress on changes I’ve started but not finished?Thx!   

I have auto-renewal and was charged for 2 seats yesterday (Sunday); however, I needed to cancel 1 of those seats today. Unfortunately, after a lot of searching, I found that customers no longer have access to a phone number to contact customer service/support directly, and the only way is to "open a case" that I can't even log into. After more searching, I finally found the link that said, "unable to login to my account." Much to my dismay, after filling out the form, it said someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I'm not sure when this online only customer support started, but when you have customers paying for a service, they expect immediate and reliable support. Hopefully, DocuSign will see this and realize that online support alone is insufficient for resolving urgent or complex issues. 

I have the options for a Drop Down as Y or N.  It needs to be very close to the right margin.  How do I right justify the field so it lands in the space provided?  It seems that it is currently Left Justified.

What should I do when a person signing a document downloads it and signs it out of DocuSign then emails it back. Do I void the envelope? It is annoying as it is sitting as not complete.

Hey everyone! I'm not sure if this feature is available, but I wanted to ask just in case it's possible. I've created a powerform that forwards to our ticketing system, generating a PDF. However, I'm wondering if there's a way to grab information from the document (senders name) or perhaps when the initial sender information is filled out, is there a way to customize for that information to populate on receipts file name? I see that “Completed” is automatically added to the receipt, is there a way to customize this? What is currently showing is, “Completed: WireTransfer.pdf.” What I would like to see is, “Completed: (Name) Wire Transfer.pdf.” Attached is what I am seeing in our ticketing system. New to docusign.  I listed two signers, husband and wife, on the form to sign.  How can the form return with both signatures on the same page?  two separate emails were went to each, even with the email address being the same for both.

I cancelled my free trial within the proper timeframe so as not to be charged. I have just been charged £85.70! The ridiculous ‘customer support’ means that I cannot open a case or speak to anyone without having a paid account, even though my ‘free trial’ has ended and I am now back on a free account (so what on Earth have I been charged for?!?). I have never known customer service as backwards as this company!!

I often need two people to fill out W-9 forms, such as a husband and wife, where each needs to fill out their own W-9.I cannot figure out how to put both of their W-9 templates into one envelope, then assign one to the husband and one to the wife.  Docusign automatically assigns all of the fields on both W-9’s to Signer One.I understand that I could send each spouse their own separate envelope, but I would prefer to combine them.  How to put two templates into the envelope, then assign each of them to a different signer?

Hello. I changed my plan to the IAM Standard plan because I no longer had an envelope. The woman I exchanged emails with told me that the change would be done automatically.However, docusign tells me that the new plan will be in effect when I renew in February 2026. but I need it now and I no longer have a response from DocuSignI've been trying to solve the problem for a few days and it's not making any progress.Do you have any solutions?

i have been trying to upload a google doc for a few days. It always gets stuck “finishing” and then logging me out for inactivity. How can I make this actually work?

For a week now Docusign is extremely slow causing much delay to my work day.  What is going on????

I send out envelopes with multiple documents for signature to different recipients on a frequent basis and CC a fellow team member. She will usually receive the email from DocuSign notifying the recipient has signed all documents and the completed document pdfs will be attached to the email. From time to time, she will receive the same completed envelope email with the document pdfs attached. I am not receiving the same emails. What could the issue be? As I know, once a recipient has completed the envelope, they would not be able to make any edits to the document anymore. I did not send any new envelopes out for those cases. This has occurred about 3 times so far, and the original envelope would be completed over a month prior.

I can use the home page one time to click on a previously signed document, then forever after when I come back to it the ability to scroll disappears after 2 seconds and I can access my documents. This is really frustrating, I can’t use Docusign at all while this bug is happening.I suspect the cause might be to do with the popup telling me my trial will expire soon, which pops up the first time, and after I close it things work, but after coming back again there’s just the delay before scrolling breaks as though it’s trying and failing to show me a popup?I am going to have to cancel before my trial expires because I have time sensitive documents to sign.Also, it’s really difficult to navigate the support for a new user. The categories are very cryptic.
