@JP801 - You can edit the subject line in your PowerForm to read: [[Signer_UserName]] Wire Transfer.pdf where Signer is the Role name on your Template.

Hello --- this works to alter the subject line of the email but the file name for the attached PDF is not altered in any way. Is there a way to automatically alter the file name for the signed PDF with, e.g., the signer’s name?

@Christopher.Alpizar I had this same question for after the envelope is created. Is there a way to update the PDF name automatically to include the signer’s name?
