Hmm... can't reach this page. The connection was reset. Try: Checking the connection, Checking the proxy and the firewall. ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.

I have an employee who cannot access her envelopes.

She keeps getting the following error:

Hmm... can't reach this page.  The connection was reset. Try: Checking the connection, Checking the proxy and the firewall.  ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.

Employee stated experiencing this last week but previously it was working perfectly.

Any ideas for a fix on this?

there are some incidents last week. DocuSign was attacked by DDoS and some throttling policies were added.

Please open case with support team and select the level with P1 when you and your team still can't login Docusign and exclusion is a network issue.
