eSignature

Hello,I'd like to be able to see the result of the bulk mailing before clicking on "Send".I need to make this check. When I click on "Preview" I don't see the completed fields and I can't see the envelope of each recipient (indicated in my CSV file). This control is necessary for mass mailings. Can you help me?Thank you

We have 4 user accounts for eSignature, paying $300 per year each. However we only seem to have 1 subscription seat and therefore only 100 envelopes between us. We have sent a total of 230 over the year, so we keep getting warning messages to add seats. But shouldn’t we automatically have 4 seats/400 envelopes if we’re paying $1200?I can’t work out how to add seats without paying more.Any help on this appreciated!

Hi, I need to validate QES placed via DocuSign in an agreement, before signing by me. How can I check if the placed signature is the QES? I wanted to check it in Acrobat Reader but the program does not recognise neigher the issuer (wydawca) nor the subject (temat). How do I know if a signing person has used QES?

Hello, I want to create a document that many people need to sign.  Only 1 person needs to sign the document.  I don’t want to have to enter everyone’s email address.   Can I just send a URL link to everyone I want to sign?

IS there any way to avoid the recipient form getting a “void” email or “was corrected” email?  believe it is not possible but want to check here. The client signed using wet signature but the DocuSign was still in process and was voided after the expiration date. There are a lot in process so they will receive more, can I prevent that?

Dear Docusign Community!I incorrectly clicked OK for a signature, but it is incorrect, I had not changed the name, and the signature is crazy. How do I change it?Thank you for your help!Kind regards,

Hallo guys, I have the personal plan (5 envelops per months). I used them all in March. Now it is April and I am trying to send an envelope but the sytem says that I have used all my envelops and that I have to integrate the plan..Do I miss anything? Thank sos much for your help!

Hi, I used Docusign to sign my tenancy agreement with the tenant and the witnesses. This was issued 2 months back and I just realised as one of the joint landlord (my spouse) has not signed the document in time. This has marked the whole document as void.Is there any way to reinstate the document? Am just worried if this is going to void my whole tenancy agreement with the tenant.Appreciate the advice from this community. Best, R

Hello- When I go to attach documents and choose Dropbox why does Docusign not have those files in alphabetical order as the appear in my Dropbox? It is extremely frustrating searching for the folder and then file I want to download to Docusign.

Hello,My boss received an envelope for his signature on DocuSign. When he opened the document, the document appeared to be “hidden” (you have to click on it, then the document will populate). The signature portion does appear below the document that is hidden. Does anybody know how this can be done if I want to have the same set up? Thank you!!

Why doesn't DocuSign allow rolling over unused sends? I receive 5 per month and occasionally need to send a few more. Other months I may only use 1 or 2. It’s maddening to me that they don’t allow customers to roll them over. Or at least allow customers to bank up to a certain limit. The next tier plan is way more expensive and much more sends than needed.

My client keeps receiving the email all jumbled with links to the Docusign not the normal review page.  Has anyone ever had this issue and how do we correct it?  I have had him reboot his computer and close out of his email.  It looks fine on his phone but he wants to see if on a big screen.  Any advise is appreciated

Help! New to docusign and getting frustrated, I would like to create two templates that I am able to edit on a regular basis and create Docusign documents. Is anyone available to jump on a zoom call?

I am trying to make check boxes in my powerform mandatory and cannot figure out how to do so. I need the signee to check either one or the other and not be able to sign without one of them being checked. A lot of people miss check boxes, but I need it checked for accounting purposes. Anyone know how to do this?

I was able to add all of the fields to my document yesterday. But now I’m unable to add a number of different fields. There is a little lock sign next to field and its saying I need to upgrade my account.

I am trying the "Copy with form data" but the attachment is not getting added in new envelop. What should I do?

Hello,I would like to send 4 documents to the same people. So I've added all 4 documents to the same action.I add the signature requests under the names without any problem for the 4 documents. However, a colored bookmark appears. But there's also a larger grey bookmark.Despite the 4 documents with the same number of signatures requested, sometimes the gray bookmark appears and so does a bookmark the color of one signature request. It’s not the same for the 4 documents and I don’t understand why.I don't know what it's for or what it means, and I don't want the recipients to be unable to sign.Thank you for your help !

Hello! Is there any way to access my signed/completed documents or those that I have been cc-ed in before my Docusign account was created? I deleted some emails from Docusign and realized that I had not saved a copy of the signed documents. These were sent prior to the creation of my Docusign account. I have now created a Docusign account using the same email address that the documents were sent to, but the documents are not shown in my account, probably because they were sent to me before I created the account. What should I do?

Yikes - I feel really silly asking this question as I thought setting up a simple contract would be easy but I am lost. I want to create a contract that my client fills out and signs. I want to add a link to this ‘form’ to my website and keep it super simple. They click on link, fill out form and sign. Where do I go to create this? Thanks!!

I sent assent page to 5 people for signatures.  My completed file is coming in as one document with all of their signatures under one page throught text.  How to I get to and print each signed document?  I clicked on everything on the completed page and it did not bring me to their individual document.  Please advise!  Thank you!  Kristin

I’m working on a template which I want to prefill -  a basic Purchase Requisition form that I send out for approval almost every day.  The previous excel version of the form normally multiplies the quantity times the price per unit and fills in the extended cost for each line item which I enter. I can find a values calculation option for the signer, and I can find a “prefill” tool for me as the sender, but I can’t seem to find anything that would let me PREFILL the Extended Value before sending it on to the signer.Do I just have to manually do the calculations or can I do a “calculated pre-fill field” to automatically do the calculation once I enter values cost per unit and qty when I’m prefilling the form?

I went to pull my invoice for reconciliation today, and it looks like my account has been switched over to a free account and is showing 2 sends left. We have been paying for DocuSign for years, so I know this isn’t true.  Can anyone help so I can get my invoice and our plan be corrected?

I have integrated DocuSIgn with Outsystems but when I am signing any document it is only showing the first saved signature and I am not able to edit or change the signature. Is there any specific solution for the same or any method by which each time a new document is opened it asks to either draw the signature or to upload a signature instead of showing the first signature by default. Also I have attached the screenshot of the issue

I had to make a new intake form.  The firm has questions for the person to whom I’m sending it to fill in.  I cannot locate the way to do this.  There used to be a side bar with a pencil for signatures and a way to put txt spaced in but I cannot find it
