I had to make a new intake form.  The firm has questions for the person to whom I’m sending it to fill in.  I cannot locate the way to do this.  There used to be a side bar with a pencil for signatures and a way to put txt spaced in but I cannot find it

To help our customers automate recurring tasks, DocuSign eSignature offers the option to create templates of your most used documents and forms. 

 

Any user with Template permissions will be able to create templates.

If you don’t see Templates in your menu tab, you’ll have to contact the DocuSign Admin at your company and ask that your User Profile be updated. If you don’t know who your admin is, please contact your IT department or your Help Desk.
