I was able to add all of the fields to my document yesterday. But now I’m unable to add a number of different fields. There is a little lock sign next to field and its saying I need to upgrade my account.

I am sorry to hear that you are no longer able to use as many fields as yesterday, but I will help you locate the root cause of the issue.

 

There are 2 possible causes for this issue, either you are sending an envelope in a second account, or, your account was using a Free Trial or expired subscription.

 

You can confirm if your account matches one of these scenarios in Settings>Plan and Billing.
