I would like to set up a contract template without entering in a recipient.  Idea is that when I have a new client I can just update the template with their project info and send to them but it’s requiring that I enter a recipient to create a template, seems very counterintuitive, what’s the best practice here?

I have a form I am sending out for signature. One of the fields could be for an unknown recipient. Is there a way for the original recipient send it the person who needs to sign that specific field? There are about 4 fields on the form for signature but only 1 could be for a different signee. 

Hi,I have a user completing a power form that include KBA authentication. He completed the data part for the KBA, received one question, that he did answer correctly and was immediately given the following error message in the image below: We’ve notified the sender.I have checked all folders, including the Authentication failed folder and his is not in the folder. In theory as he was only asked 1 question, he could not have failed.Has anyone had this happen before? If so how did you resolve? Do you know if you were charged the KBA authentication fee for this failed document.I appreciate your help.  

 I have a template set-up but is there any way we can skip the process of having external folks do anything with the form? We're thinking of automatically exporting the folk’s data, then pre-upload their info to the form with all the information in it, bulk sign and send them out. How do we set this up? Do we have to have that bulk list ready to set up those automations?

Hello -  I have a recipient who has changed his email. Every time I type his name, the old one populates and the current/correct one (of which I have sent to before) does not show up.  How can I override an old email address for a recipient? It’s so frustrating to have to go back to the email he informed me of his new email address and manually type it in every type.  TIA!

Hi, we have some templates that we send out to our clients. There are 3 which are all sent in 1 single document.Template 1 - is a straightforward client completes and signs.Template 2 - is a straightforward client completes and signs.Template 3 - is split into 3 parts. Part 1 is completed by the person creating the envelope with details of the client that we hold on file. (no signature yet). Part 2 is completed by the client, who completes information and signs. Part 3 is then completed with tick boxes and signature by the person who sent out the envelope. The part 3 is a new addition and since we have added that 3rd person to complete info when we send the templates out in a single envelope. The client gets 2 envelopes, one with the Template 1 and 2 and then another envelope with the Template 3. Clients are often missing that last template as they don’t realise there is more than the 1 enve

The label tags are no longer appearing on my template.  What do I need to do to correct this? 

When I send anything now I get asked to sign even though I am not the first signatory. Other people in my organisation are having this issue. Clicking on sign only offers a close option. Anyone else seeing this, only started happening today?

We have the standard $25 per month per user. We only have one user account.  I sometimes login in from different locations. For some reason only one of the locations that I login from when I hit send it says maximum envelops exceeded.   However, I will try to send the same envelope from a different location and I do not get that message. Any ideas on why this is happening? Is this like a Netflix policies to stop sharing ids?

I have a business pro account, and I have the signer attachments setting enabled. But when I create an envelope or use a template, the option is not available to me. I’m pulling my hair out here. What am I doing wrong?

Hi all, Due to an internal workflow change I am now tasked to countersign invoices from my reports in the region. A high volume of small invoices. It’s purely an administrative function.Opening and signing invoice by invoice is quite time consuming (and tedious). Is there a way to just select the range of invoices and batch or bulk sign them? Any help appreciated, would be a huge time saver!BestOkke  

I have a requirement for envelope expiration, The expiration date for the link is 30 days from the day it was sent to the recipient The signatory will have 120 days to complete the workflow once it has been initiated (i.e once the link has been clicked on)But I found only this under settings. is there a way to achieve both the requirements? 

At the beging of the legal process, I send an envelope with one document to the first party who needs to sign. Once they have signed I need to add a second document to the same envelope. Is this possible? Can I add new documents/templates to an existing in process envelope?

I am a DS Admin for my university. I am wondering the best way to give someone a developer account using our corporate emails if possible. I am completely new to the DS admin role. We have some employees who are utilizing the DS developer accounts through their personal email addresses (ex:gmail). 

When I submit my folder for signing the envelope starts to create and then an error occurs while uploading.  Has anyone had this problem

I had to “correct” a file prior to my client signing since I forgot to add one document. I was unable to add the document due to not having any envelopes, so I had to purchase a subscription.. again. Pretty sure I already did this, but for some reason only had 3 envelopes this month. I have had to correct/add documents in the past but was never penalized and had to use an additional envelope. Is this new to the terms or was I just robbed a whole envelope? New this week..When I send a document for signature and also list someone else to receive a copy of the documents, I get a message that says "Joint agreements require additional authentication" for the person who is just receiving a copy.  Is this a new feature? 

I am trying to add a new email address to be able to send a document but I click on settings / usersand I get Add Seats and there is no Add user 

Is there any one at Docusign who is working on detection and *automatic* placement of signatures on scanned pdfs? If so, where can I play with this? If not, what is preventing this from happening? It seems like this should be possible now that there is Machine Learning. Thoughts? 

we are facing many issues with docusign today such as application error and people cant sign a document, recipient sequence, any idea what is happening?
