I sent an envelope with 2 signers.  I realized after one had signed that the other signer’s email address was incorrect.  I fixed it, didn’t change anything else, and when I hit “Correct” I get a notification that I’m out of envelopes.  Why do I need another envelope to make a correction?  Is there a work-around?

I am sorry to hear that you are being asked to use an envelope send when correcting your document, but I will assist you in locating the root cause of the issue.

 

Envelope corrections don’t count against your envelope quota, this makes the error unexpected from the application.

 

To start troubleshooting, please re-try using a different device, network, and browser. It is important to try these options separately as they might lead us to what is causing the error.
