The document has a required field for “Company Name”… is it possible to add “Company Name” to the name if the attached file in the completed email?

I understand you are looking to add the “Company Name” that is in the envelope automatically to the email subject, is that correct?

 

If so, I’m sad to say that there isn’t a way to do that automatically, it would have to be a manual input. Subject Merge fields only allows the usage of the recipients name or email to the subject and the usage of an Envelope Custom Field: Use Merge Fields in the Template Email Subject to Customize Envelopes
