Completed Document File Names

Question

The document has a required field for “Company Name”… is it possible to add “Company Name” to the name if the attached file in the completed email?

Hello @holl3982,Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!I understand you are looking to add the “Company Name” that is in the envelope automatically to the email subject, is that correct?If so, I’m sad to say that there isn’t a way to do that automatically, it would have to be a manual input.
