If I send one envelope for signature, my client gets 12 of the same emails all containing the same thing. That’s not right, what happened? I definitely didn’t send it 12 times. I sent it once and nothing glitchy happened when I sent it.

No, I didn’t. I simply sent it once on my end, and he received it 12 times on his end.

apologies for late reply, I will suggest you raise the ticket to the DocuSign support because this is kind of unusual thing when it comes to send email notification for 12 times. and if you find anything, Please do let me know.
