Signing on Iphone/Ipad

Question

When we send contracts via docusign they can’t be signed on a phone or ipad - but when we receive contracts from other business’ we can sign them via phones/ipad - what are we doing wrong when sending out contracts thats stopping us from signing via phones/tablets?

We have the apps downloaded etc
