Is the only way to create a workflow process for DocuSign e-signature is via Maestro? I have DocuSign e-signature and want to create a process for when a specific document receives a document, the department can update data fields on a powerform or select reject so the user knows they must resubmit the form.Can you build processes such as approve/reject with the DocuSign e-signature platform? 

We have a client who is having trouble authenticating into Docusign. The first time the person was getting the following error message. They still switched the authentication to Access code, but she still can get passed the system, both her last four dights and or access code 1234.  She is using Gmail, and she is claiming that she had the latest email exchange. 

Can you embed hyperlinks within powerform? Iseem to get it to work in templates but not in powerform.

Hello all,I have been tasked with seeing if it would be possible to have all my users have their own accounts. The problem with this is, if I have a member that has filled out docs with a specific user in Docusign and that user is off for the day. That document is stopped and can’t progress. My team and I were looking into seeing if there is some way that when an envelop is created it gets put into some kind of “pool” of envelopes that anybody in that group can access and take over if need be. I found something called Custody Transfer in the Docusign settings as an admin, but it looks like you can only assign an envelope to one user, not a group of users. Does anybody know if there is a solution to this problem, or am I SOL?

Hello all. I have an envelope which needed correcting. This was done successfully. Out of the 4 signatures needed, three have signed, but the fourth signer is not seeing the changes made. What could be the possible causes, and how to get the changes to show? Any orientation is appreciated, thanks! Salvador

Hi all We often have to sign with a certificate on submission of offers in some european platforms.Is docusign qualified signature working for this type of request?i understande they require a special kind of format and a certificate (sometimes on USB key with a PIN code) So my question is : is docusign Qualified signature working for signing offers on tendering platforms? Thks for sharing experience , Alexandra

Hello,  One of my recipients cannot finish signing the document as she gets through all of the fields and it sends her back to the top. I looked at her signature fields and saw some were duplicated and deleted the duplicates. However, when I preview, I see the below. Has anybody else had this issue and how did your resolve? I’ve deleted all duplicate signature fields.Thanks!  

Is there a way to auto populate a signature with an pre signed image? We want one of our directors signatures to be added without them needing to receive a notification.

Hello,  I have a document where I need to use the drawing free box to circle two options. Starting last Thursday when you click on the draw box to edit the file appears tiny and the options for color of pencil and pencil length are huge. Any way to fix this?

Hi, I am sending documents to 3 recipients and they all need to sign. No signing order requested. Question: WHY DON’T ALL RECIPIENTS GET THE ENVELOPE E-MAIL AT SAME TIME? IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THE FIRST RECIPIENT HAS TO REVIEW AND SIGN BEFORE THE 2ND AND THIRD RECEIVE THE ENVELOPE?I have not used Docusign for more than 1 recipient in awhile. However, in the past I remember all recipients got the envelope at the same time. Please explain how to get all recipients to receive the envelope documents to review and sign at the same time. Thanks Marsh

Good afternoon, I am having an issue with not getting emails on expired links.  I click on the option to send a new link and it says it sent it but I am not getting anything.  I checked spam, had our IT company verify there are no blocks yet I still don’t receive the new email.  Any idea what the issue would be?

Hi there, I’ve recently had clients signing documents (we are in the Eastern Time Zone - EST), but when I receive the documents back (signed and completed) from my clients, they are being stamped with the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) time zone for some odd reason. Is this something I can control on my end? Or something on their side of things? I read through a similar post on the community here but no answer was provided. Any assistance would be helpful.

Why I don’t see the disclosure box for signature that should appear before i sign the document.After I add my signature, it still shows the arrow as if three is a missing signature but that recipient has already signed 

Hello, I received a email from DocuSign.  It says McAfee invoice and description of complete network security that I didn't purchase valued of $399.99.  The worst part is that 2 minutes after I received another email stating that I had signed and complete.  Is this a scam?

For the second time in a week, I have had a signer tell me the “continue” button isn’t working nothing happens when they click on it. I’m not sure how to fix this so I have had to void the envelope and send a new one, which obviously isn’t ideal. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I have my own login as an agent.  I also have a login for someone else I do transaction coordinating for.  Both user names/passwords are saved to my laptop, as most would do since it is a private network/laptop.  When I log out of her account and log into mine, it still shows HER name and office information at the bottom of the first page of MY forms (the stamp) when I go back into my account.  I’m merely trying to print a Sample of a form, but her information is at the bottom where mine should be. How can I correct this??

Hi,I’ve added and then deleted my Logo in Settings > Brands.  Now it’s WAY too big (resolution was too high, evidently) and I want to delete it (or replace it with a lower resolutions logo) but I can’t.  Can someone please help me figure out how to do this?The problem is that my logo is showing up as ENORMOUS to the email viewer (why DocuSign can’t automatically reduce the size/resolution of a logo is beyond me, but for a different discussion).  The high-resolution logo is so large, that it’s nearly 4x the width of a 20” wide PC screen -- so the viewer can’t read it, and can’t see the link to the DocuSign document (which is about 2-3 screens to the “right” when it pops up via email.I know I need to get rid of my logo, or replace it with a lower resolution logo.  But here’s where the madness begins.  I replaced my logos with lower-resolution logos, but that didn’t do anything -- the emails still have the massive logo.  So I deleted my logos from from Brands, b

I am creating a service agreement, I have a box at the bottom with services listed out separately which populates (using formulas) as the client checks off which services they want. I would like a formula for “season total” but it doesn’t seem that I can use formulas to create 1 grand total at the end. Am I doing something wrong or is there a work around? Any help is appreciated!

I have a fully executed document by all parties. There is a Cancelation Provision within the body of the document and it is currently unsigned. How do I add my signature to that cancelation provision section to execute that provision?

If I send one envelope for signature, my client gets 12 of the same emails all containing the same thing. That’s not right, what happened? I definitely didn’t send it 12 times. I sent it once and nothing glitchy happened when I sent it. Sarah
