How to change a clients email address

Hello,
Welcome to the Docusign Community!
If your customer email address is in you address book, click in your Initial icon on the right top corner, click in Contacts. There you will see all your customers’ names and emails. Select it and edit to make the changes that you need. A contact can be shared so others users in your account can see them too.
In case your co-users have other customers’ names/emails registered in their address book and selected as Shared then they will need to edit for make any correction since the shared contacts are viewed by all users.
