Hi, I am sending documents to 3 recipients and they all need to sign. No signing order requested.

Question: WHY DON’T ALL RECIPIENTS GET THE ENVELOPE E-MAIL AT SAME TIME? IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THE FIRST RECIPIENT HAS TO REVIEW AND SIGN BEFORE THE 2ND AND THIRD RECEIVE THE ENVELOPE?

I have not used Docusign for more than 1 recipient in awhile. However, in the past I remember all recipients got the envelope at the same time. Please explain how to get all recipients to receive the envelope documents to review and sign at the same time.

Thanks Marsh

Hi Marsh:

If turning off ‘signing order’ doesn’t work - you can set everyone in the signing order to “1”, they will all receive at the same time.

good luck

Hi,

Please check if the "Set a Signing Order" feature is enabled or not.

Thanks,

Koji
