Hi Everyone,  I am trying to create a hyperlink in one of my documents, I've followed the instructions and its showing in the custom fields for me to select, which is great but when I send the envelope it doesn't then show up as clickable link.  It just shows up as box with the wording i put in. when I look at the tooltip the right URL is there. does anyone know how i can get this to work? its just a simple link to an external provider (occupational health) thanks in advance 

Hello - I sent a document out for multiple signatures only to find out later that one of the recipients is not correct and I need to change the person to someone else.    Is this possible without deleting the document and send out as a new one? Thanks.

Hi, I’m the admin of an enterprise DocuSign account, now I’m dealing with the following issue. The previous admin convinced the enterprise owners to change DocuSign to another provider. The DocuSign account was downgraded to free, but, now years and years worth of signed documents are nowhere to be found… What should I do? I’ve already searched all the accounts and the last admin said there was a time limit to download the files… Please Help! 

I have a user with 2 DocuSign accounts. I have transferred all envelopes (that I can see from admin view) from their old user account to their new user account. No issues there. HHowever, the concern is the envelopes the user received in their old account. I do not see these available to transfer (which does make sense). These envelopes are in the status ‘Complete’. Is there a way for this user to send those completed envelopes, that they received, from their old account to their new account?

Hi,Being that for some reason I cannot log into support center due to a baffling auth error (Business Pro Account) I am coming here to ask a simple question I cannot find answers to.We have sent over the 100 envelope limit, currently we’re sitting at 200/100 envelopes sent.My question is: if I buy 100 additional envelopes how will those be added into the account? Those extra 100 will be added as total to the current 200/100 making it 200/200 and so I will not be able to actually use those? or will those 100 additional envelopes be added as a new 0/100 count?

Typically with a paper version of a CCA (Canadian Construction Association) Standard Contract, ie CCA1 I would have the owner of the company and a witness sign the contract and return to me - do I still need a “witness” signature if I am sending via docusign? thank you for any information given. 

I have a situation in which one of our users wants to manually create envelopes for each of our clients, but rather than sending it to them from within DocuSign, she wants to obtain a URL and send it them in a regular email.  Each envelope will be personalized to the client, so PowerForms is not an option.  I’m fairly sure this is not possible, but i wanted to ask the community before I present her with alternatives. Thanks,Teri

I have a template using an associated Powerform.  The user has access to the url for the Template.  User completes the form.  The next person in the workflow receives an email with the DocuSign document link so he/she can view it.  In my testing, I'm able to forward the DocuSign email to another person and that person is able to click that document link to view the document.  Is there a way to enforce security to disallow the DocuSign document link from being forward to an unintended user?  We don't want anyone other than the email recipient to view the document since it contains PII.

Hi,is the validity of the digital signatures effected or becomes invalid if each party to a contract takes care only for collecting its own signatures via independent docusign processes?   E.g.:Party A internally signs contract via docusign After completion Party A sends the contract via (regular) email to Party B Party B starts a new docusign process with its own account to collect its internal signatures Party B sends “completely” signed contract back to Party A via (regular) email.

I am writing to express my utter frustration and disappointment with the appalling level of customer service I received from your company.On June 30,2024 , I purchased a DocuSign product and, less than fifteen minutes later, called to cancel my order. To my shock and dismay, I was met with a refusal to process my cancellation. The reasons provided by your support team were inadequate and unconvincing.Moreover, the lack of clear and comprehensive information on your screens only compounded my frustration. It is unacceptable for a company of your stature to provide such subpar service and inadequate support to your customers. The lack of transparency and the inability to remedy the situation reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction.I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. I expect a full refund for the product and an explanation as to why such poor service was provided. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no choice

When clicking the Sign box in document, it does not adopt my name to a signature but instead puts in Docu Sign. There is no option to change this entry. Please advise.

Hey, so I have an issue, the app cannot identified me, even though I did all the steps to get identify multiple times ( with my id, my face) and I really need to sign important documents today and without the identification of the app I cannot signs those documents? Can someone help me?

When my doc is received via DocuSign, the viewer sees double or blurry numbers in my column that has currency. I do need see this issue on the template, or the preview or when I open the docusign as a receiver on my cell phone.

Hello! I am working for a client who has contracts with many different services, each with a price set separately for each client. For example, one client can have service A for $100, while another client can have service A for $500. My idea was to create pre-fill fields that would prevent sending a contract without filled prices for each service. After sending, the client would tick check boxes for the services they want, and a final price would be calculated based on the selected services. However, I realized that pre-fill fields (which I want to use to set prices for services before sending) do not work with formulas. Is there any way to get around this issue? Has anyone had the same problem? Many thanks! 

Hi, Did you guys have any issue regarding refund?I downgraded my plan and no refund afterward from DOCUSIGN. They kept sending me an email to close my case, but they still DO NOT SEND ME A REFUND as I requested.  Occasionally I used to use a month plan, on the May 1st, I paid for one month. But I realized I paid for a year plan. So right away I downgraded it but the payment was sent. And DOCUSIGN haven’t refunded me.  Any help?They called me from Boston, and told me I would receive a refund within 7 days.But no refund and close my case.So many emails to communicate them.No refund so far.   

I have a recipient that completed and signed and envelope, but they checked the wrong box.  Can I send it back to them to modify or what is the best way to send it back to them to fix? Thanks,Brenda

According to DS Support articles and posts found on the Community, I should be able to set a specific navigation order for the fields in my template so that the signer completes them in a logical order.  The sources say that i should find a section call Field Order on the right side of the screen along with the Formatting, Validation, etc sections.  However, that section is not there.  I have attached a screenshot of the options available to me in that area - Field Order is not there. Our account is an Enterprise account, so it is my understanding that we should have everything available.  Please explain why this isn’t there and what needs to happen to add it.
