I am trying to do a bulk send, where I want to prepopulate about 10 fields with customer information.  I have set all my data field names, however, when I do the bulk upload and download my CSV template the data fields I created are not there.  It has other names like access code and other that I cannot find when they tie to.

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to download the customized CSV file for your template, but I will assist you in solving the issue. In my personal experience there might be cases in which the CSV file might not populate the right column headers right away. In these scenarios I have been able to successfully download the CSV file by removing the template from the envelope and re-adding it, afterward the CSV downloaded did contain the right column headers.
