I'm not able to create a template because the option to create doesn't appear to me, when I click on Start, I only have the option to use a template and send an envelope

@Leonardo.Valerio This is likely a permission issue regarding your DocuSign user.  Most users start with just a “send envelope” type Permission Profile. You will need to reach out to your DocuSign Admin and have then modify your Permission Profile to allow for Template creation, this is usually done by editing your User and applying a new Permission Profile.
