We have a group of users that are complaining that the envelope ID is showing on all their documents and they would like it removed. I see the option in the sender settings that’s already off (Enable including the Envelope ID on the document) it’s also greyed out so i can’t turn it on if I wanted to (I’m an admin btw). I also checked the template and don’t see the document ID on the document so I’m a bit stumped on where to go now. 

any guidance would be appreciated.

You might need to create a Case with DocuSign so they can enable it for you.  Once enabled, you can turn it off and on per account.
