If the purged documents can not be retrieved at a later date, is there something the recipient can do when they do sign it to save it?  Should they download it and save it to their own computer?  Because several times, one of our clients goes back to the original email with the docusign in it to reopen and look at it, but it won’t let them open it.

We need a solution for this.
