I understand that you are looking to automate signing a specific set of documents, and I will help you accomplish your goal. The easiest way to approach this scenario would be by setting up a template. To help our customers automate recurring tasks, DocuSign eSignature offers the option to create templates of your most used documents and forms. Any user with Template permissions will be able to create templates. You can find detailed instructions on how to create one here:
If you don’t see Templates in your menu tab, you’ll have to contact the DocuSign Admin at your company and ask that your User Profile be updated. If you don’t know who your admin is, please contact your IT department or your Help Desk. Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.
