Hello! We are just building/deploying our first PowerForm on our website. When testing I noticed the Finish Signing Later option is grayed out. Is this not an option with PowerForms? I have been looking through settings and am not seeing anywhere to check a box. I have also tried looking in documentation but all I am seeing is how to choose the option on the signing side. I’m not surprised if I am just missing something in my search.
Thank you!
Wendi

Hi @wbarker_redcanoe,
Welcome to the Docusign Community!
We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.
I understand that you are looking to better understand why PowerForms are incompatible with the option to Finish Signing Later, and I will clarify the topic for you. The reasoning behind this behavior is that the PowerForm initiator will sign through an Captive Recipient Signing session causing the recipient to be created in eSignature’s backend as a temporary membership, which makes saving the data entered in the partially completed envelope unfeasible. More details on this topic can be found, here:
Nevertheless, feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always welcome. I encourage you to consider submitting your idea to be reviewed by our development team for possible implementation. If you’re a Docusign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request through a support case, or by reaching out to your Account Team. We invite you to share your product suggestions and feature requests on our dedicated ideas page (https://community.docusign.com/ideas), where we can collaborate to shape the future of our product together.

Good morning @Alejandro.Ramos. I am not seeing an option to ‘Select as Best’? So sorry if it is staring me in the face and I am just not seeing it! At the bottom I see a Like button and a Quote button but nothing else.
