I wanted to route docu sign to my line manager, unfortunately i can’t locate his name neither email in the “Add recipient” column

Is it possible (for privacy reasons) to not display the names of the signatories to all signatories?

Is there a way to have two users in one company docusign account but each user can only access the envelopes/documents that they create/route for signature? I hope my question makes sense. HR currently holds our account for out company but our Marketing team would like to use the docusign account as well. However, we do not want to provide our Marketing team to gain visibility to offer letter details and other HR documents we use docusign for. Please advise. Thanks!

How do I make myself an administrator so I can update recipient privileges 

My employee opened two users (one paid and one free) on the same email (haykio@wix.com).Her free account has all the signatures she needs, and her paid user has no signatures.I would appreciate your help in deleting the free user and transferring all the signatures to the paid user. Thanks

Hello! On August 8 (less than a month ago) I created around 12 envelopes and scheduled them for September 4. Today I logged into my account and the scheduled envelopes are nowhere to be found. First I checked the Drafts folder, which is where scheduled items remain until sent. I’ve tried all the folders and all the filters, I’ve tried specific words that should show me the documents, and I have nothing. I also tried different browsers, incognito mode, mobile without WiFi. Nothing.I’m at a loss… I need those envelopes to be sent on Sept 4, but I don’t know if they are “somewhere” in my account or if I need to do all the work again *sigh… Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have had 2 clients in the past week inform me that the DocuSign email they received is coming thru as jibberish. Completely unreadable and the document is also not attached for review/signature. Is this a known issue?

I am using Smartsheet to generate remote work argreements for our staff,   i need to update the file name of the signed document to reflect the employees name and template name.    the smartsheet functionnality works file is saved with the employee name, but the file delivered to the signers, and cc’ed reflects the template file name and random exetension .    

I’m about to pull my hair out because I’m trying to allow someone to use my computer to sign a document and even though I’m not logged in, the document automatically uses my signature and won’t give the option of choosing a signature.  I’ve tried different browsers, different computers, cleared all the signatures in my docusign account, added her signature to my docusign account, in google I cleared my cache, cookies, autofill data, signed out, signed in to a different account - really - everything I could think of.  My name/signature info must be attached to the document somehow and I don’t know how to un-attach it so she can sign her name on the document.  It’s strange though because the document isn’t designed to be signed by the person who creates it, it’s designed to be signed by the person signing up.  I didn’t create the document, it’s generated when I fill out the registration form through my company website. Hello, i need to collect data from our partners for a KYC-form. Is there a way to send out forms to multiple users without using the number of envelops I have? They don’t need to sign anything at this point i just need to collect data for KYC compliance and future agreements.

Docusign say that we have the package the includes the 2FA so that we can be compliant with Land Registry e-signing rules. I can see in their guidance how it should look but we do not have it and Docusign refuse to believe that this is the case. We desperately need to get this activated. Does anyone UK based know why this looks odd at our end?

how do I change the phone number for my SMS?  I can see it was entered with one wrong number, how do I fix this?

I received two responses out of five so far to my envelope. The second response is overwritten the first response so I can see the first responder’s details on the form as well as the second responder’s form. I cannot see the two people’s individuals’ forms. I cannot download them separately either.

These adresses would not be in the initial email. Example:Original email from: abc@inc.com Original email recipient (signature required): zzz@abcd.com User who will received the signed document back: abc@inc.com, def@inc.com, legal@inc.com, etc Is this possible and if so how can I do this?
