Issue with Data Labels

Hi All,

Thank you in advance for any help.

I am wanting to create formulas for calculating certain fields, and I know how to do that, but my issue is, I am giving my data labels a unique name, but when I go to create the formula, the data label isn’t always there. Some appear, some don’t. I may have to edit the name several times before I can see it in the list to add to the formula. Am I doing something wrong?
