I have a client who is trying to accept a clickwrap form, but after clicking the accept button, the page keeps loading and does not go to the next page to request a copy of the clickwrap.
Is this a clickwrap configuration issue, an account issue, or simply a cookie issue?

If this issue is being experienced by this individual recipient then most likely the root cause of it will be related to their device, network, or browser. To troubleshoot the issue, have them try with a different device, network and browser. It is important to try these options separately, as they could lead us what is causing this behavior.
