+1I have a client who is trying to accept a clickwrap form, but after clicking the accept button, the page keeps loading and does not go to the next page to request a copy of the clickwrap.
Is this a clickwrap configuration issue, an account issue, or simply a cookie issue?

If this issue is being experienced by this individual recipient then most likely the root cause of it will be related to their device, network, or browser.
